What AstroMELI is

AstroMELI is an astrology site that calculates your birth chart and the sky and has AI interpret those calculations. It is run by [COMPANY NAME].

Readings are for personal discovery. AstroMELI is not a health, legal, psychological support or investment advice service; don't base your decisions on what you read here.

Your account

You must be at least 18 to open an account. Use a real e-mail address and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account; if you think someone else got in, change your password and write to us.

You can delete your account at any time under My account.

Other people's data

Before you add someone else's birth data, get their permission. Do not add the data of someone who has not agreed.

Readings and AI

The site calculates planet positions and aspects itself. The readings are written by AI. AI can make mistakes and can answer the same question differently. Readings are not an expert's opinion and claim no certainty.

For health, legal, money and other important matters, ask an expert.

Credits and subscription

Your birth chart at the Simple level is free. From time to time the site's management may give users free credits. MELI's answers and some actions use credits; the Subscription and credits page lists what costs how much.

Plan credits renew each period; extra credits never expire. Plan credits are spent first.

Terms for purchase, payment, refunds and withdrawal are shown separately before you buy, once payments open.

Rules to follow

Do not use the site unlawfully or to harm others; do not get into someone else's account; do not scrape or overload the site with automated tools; do not try to get around its security; do not push MELI to produce harmful content.

We may warn, limit or close accounts that break these rules.

Rights

The site's design, texts and software are ours. You may use and share the readings and reports written for you personally; you may not copy them for commercial use.

Changes to the service

We may change, add or remove features to improve the site. The site may be briefly unavailable during maintenance or faults. We tell you in advance about a change that affects something you paid for.

Limits of liability

AstroMELI cannot be held responsible for the results of decisions you make based on readings. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Privacy

The Privacy page explains how we handle your data. When you sign up you accept these terms and the privacy notice.

If these terms change

If we change these terms we update their date and tell you about important changes. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.

Governing law
